COVID-19 : Working Together
Over the past number of weeks, NCTech has been closely monitoring the situation of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, taking guidance from health and government officials. As a result, we have adjusted our business operations accordingly but our commitment to our customers and the wider community, remain unchanged.
Changes to our service:
- Our technical support team is operating as usual between the hours of 9:00 – 17:00 BST, Monday – Friday. We are always happy to help.
- VR.World cloud processing services are up and running, you can still process your iSTAR Pulsar data from anywhere.
- Our production and shipping teams are operating at reduced capacity. Before placing any orders with NCTech, please reach out to our sales team for further information at email@example.com
- Trade events and business travel are on hold for the time being. We are in regular communication with events organisers regarding the rescheduling of pre-planned events. We will keep you updated and hope to see you soon.
