  • ensure that content from our Website and App is a user-friendly navigation experience;

We will only share your information with other organisations where we have your permission to do so in accordance with this Policy or where we believe it is necessary for a legitimate reason connected with the Website, App and our Services.

4.8 Third Party Information


Our Website/App and services may contain links to and from the online properties of third parties. Please note, that these online properties have their own privacy policies which will govern the use of any personal information which they process. Please check these policies carefully before clicking on any links and before submitting any personal information. NCTech are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites, even if the links are accessed from our website.  

4.9 Change of Control Information

If the ownership of our business changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner so they can continue to operate the Website, App and provide the Services. The new owner will be obliged to comply with this Policy and you will be informed of any considerate changes to the processing of your personal information.
