An opportunity has arisen for a to join a dynamic and rapidly-growing data company based in Edinburgh. The company collects and processes 360° imagery and 3D data globally for a range of large customers.

We’re looking for a Product Support Agent to work with our industry leading technology supporting our customers (internal and external) with queries, learning how to build, test and calibrate, assembling and ensuring kits are ready for deployment in a fast paced environment and generally being our first point of contact for customers. Great opportunity for someone to further or start your career in a cutting edge technology space!

Responsibilities and Skills

Responsibilities

  • Learn about our products and get hands on experience using it
  • Logging and responding to in the field and hardware owners support tickets and managingthem to resolution
  • Providing feedback via your experience and customer feedback to our engineering teams toimprove our products
  • Assist in the build, calibration, licensing and testing of NCTech equipment
  • Assemble kits and ensure we have equipment ready to go for projects captures all over the world
  • Assist in the procurement, stock and asset management of NCTech equipment
  • Assist in our internal IT processes
  • Learn and assist in all aspects of build i.e. Lens build and focus, cabling, basic manufacture
  • Learn and utiliise computer programming (Python) to programme tests and boards

Skills

  • Previous experience of customer service for hardware products
  • Good communicator with a positive attitude
  • Problem solver mindset and a can do attitude
  • Experience/interest in manufacturing would be nice to have
  • Interest in IT and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work within a flexible environment
  • Ability to work as part of team in a fast paced environment
  • Problem solver mindset and a can do attitude
  • Own vehicle and driving licence (nice to have)
